Experienced 911 Public Safety Dispatcher - Lateral
Classification: Public Safety Dispatcher I & II Experienced Lateral

Summary from Job Flyer: There is currently one vacancy for Public Safety Dispatcher (PSD) I/II, which will be filled at either the entry or Lateral level. The eligibility list established by this recruitment may be used to fill future vacancies. The PSD I/II receives incoming calls for police or other emergency services and dispatches necessary units; performs a variety of general support duties related to communication activities, including record keeping, typing, and filing; monitors alarm systems and teletype communications; and performs related duties as assigned.

PSD I $4,519-5,785/Month During Training Period
